My go to breakfast at the moment, a raw, vegan, creamy thick nutrient dense smoothie bowl, topped with endless varieties of toppings! Todays consisted of homemade rawnola and banana.
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1/2 c spinach
- 1 tsp greens powder – I use vitamineral greens (optional)
- 200ml liquid -my favourites are hemp/almond milk or coconut water (can add more or less depending on desired consistency)
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on your favourite toppings.
Topping ideas: mixed berries, chia seeds, desiccated coconut, nuts, seeds, almond butter….7
