Berry Banana Smoothie

This berry banana smoothie is awesome for anyone who wants to incorporate antioxidant, nutritionally dense raw foods into their diet and wants a dairy free smoothie that tastes delicious!

Ingredients:

(serves 1)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 c berries,¬†frozen or fresh
  • 1 c almond milk (or add until desired consistency achieved, can substitute for water/coconut water if you want it nut free)
  • 1 T hemp seeds
  • 1-2 medjool dates (Optional: if you want a little extra sweetness)

Directions:

  1. Blend everthing up until smooth and creamy
  2. Sip away!
