This berry banana smoothie is awesome for anyone who wants to incorporate antioxidant, nutritionally dense raw foods into their diet and wants a dairy free smoothie that tastes delicious!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c berries, frozen or fresh
- 1 c almond milk (or add until desired consistency achieved, can substitute for water/coconut water if you want it nut free)
- 1 T hemp seeds
- 1-2 medjool dates (Optional: if you want a little extra sweetness)
- Blend everthing up until smooth and creamy
