Chia Porridge

One of my favourite breakfasts, so easy to make, and so nutrient rich and delicious!! This porridge will leave you feeling energized, satisfied, and keep you full for hours during a busy morning.

Ingredients: (serves 1)

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup raw almond Milk (can substitute for any alternative nut/seed milk or coconut water for nut free)
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Superfood’s

Mix the chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl, stir well and let it sit for about 2o mins or keep it in the fridge overnight. Just before serving add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Top with your favorite fruits, anything goes, and add nuts, seeds, goji berries, anything you love. Enjoy!
