Raw Protein Balls

I absolutely love these they are totally guilt free but taste incredible, and are so simple to make. Sunwarrior protein powder is what I use as it is:

100% Raw Vegan

83% Pure Protein

*Complete Amino Acid Profile

Hypoallergenic

Non-GMO, Gluten Free

Ingredients:

      • 1/2 cup Vanilla Sunwarrior (can substitute for other alternative vegan vanilla protein powders)
      • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
      • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
      • 6 – 8 tablespoons water

Optional: add a tsp of spirulina for that extra boost

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients together and stir very well to combine (the mixture will be extremely thick). If it becomes too dry to mix properly, add more water, a tablespoon at a time (you may add up to 2 more tablespoons). Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate until firm. You can then roll them in cacao nibs, cover them in melted chocolate or just leave them plain. They are the perfect sugar free afternoon pick me up.
